Mein Arbeitgeber

• The perfect candidate is a person, who has basic PC knowledge, can follow instructions aimed at end-users and is comfortable to interact with other people

Ihre Aufgaben

• Walk through floors of buildings with newly migrated printers and see if people need support
  
• Solve simple user problems and help users create tickets for more complex issues
• Hand up posters with user instructions above the printers on migration days

Ihr Profil

• Basic IT knowledge and able to follow end user instructions (e.g. how to install a manual print queue on a Windows PC); no special IT knowledge required; more complex support cases are handled by Level 2 support
• FLUENT German and English speaking
• Comfortable to work with end users
